Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At eTrafficSchool.org, we strive to provide the best online Texas Defensive Driving Course experience. However, we understand that sometimes our customers may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy below to understand the conditions and processes.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The course has not been started.
  • The refund request is made within 10 days of the registration date.
  • The course was purchased multiple times by accident. 

    Driving Records orders are eligible for a refund if we have not processed your order. If we are not able to to retrieve your 3A Driving Record, we will refund only the amount your paid for the order, even if the cost to get your 3A Driving Record from the Texas DPS is greater. 


3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The course has been started. 
  • The student is found cheating or attempting to bypass our system measures.
  • The student’s course has been terminated due to policy violations.
  • We have already retrieved your driving record. 


4. Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the request. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email our customer support at info@eTrafficSchool.org with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”.
  2. In the email, provide the following details:
    • Full Name


    • Date of Registration


    • Reason for Refund Request


6. Special Cases

If you were unable to complete the course due to technical difficulties on our end, please get in touch with our technical support team first. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, a full refund will be provided.


7. Policy Changes

DriverEducation.org reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting and we will take necessary steps to inform our users of any significant modifications.
